Shikou left some time ago, after you stole her PDA to talk to Souha. Out of nowhere, too.
She just came back, though obviously, by how the hair is styled, the facial features, even the stance, posture... It's not Shikou who's currently at the wheel, despite the fact that she's still wearing the simpler outfit that Shikou was wearing, before.
She's carrying two bags, though. Dropping one of them right in front of you, most likely into your lap if you're sitting, smiling. Like she's expecting that you'll realize that her wonderful self just did you a grand favor, and that you will be most pleased with what's inside.
And inside of the bag is a bunch of new clothes. Not too fancy, but... Their quality seems a bit higher than most articles of clothing.*
